Brandon Frankel started his career working for Atlantic Records as a show representative in the early 2000s. He became a field marketing manager in 2004. After serving at Atlantic Records for six years, he departed from the company in June 2010. Then, he took over the executive role at CAA.

In October 2014, he joined The Windish Agency and worked there till December 2017. Then, he used all his skills and experience to start the Paradigm Talent. Soon after a year, he formed another company, We Are Contra, LLC. In October 2019, he began his new journey at Sony Music Masterworks as a freelance consultant.

Brandon joined a Chicago-based firm, Cameo as a strategic partnership manager in 2020. Not long after the company came into existence, Time Magazine designated the firm as one of the 50 Most Genius Companies.
